EULA: End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement (EULA) is a legal agreement between you (the "Licensee") and Tree DSP. By installing or using our software, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the terms and conditions of this EULA. If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately cancel the installation or remove the software from your device. If you have purchased this software within the past 30 days, you may be eligible for a refund equal to the amount you paid. Please contact us for further assistance.

Definitions

  1. EULA: End User License Agreement.
  2. Tree DSP: refers to the business Tree DSP and any of its licensors.
  3. Software: includes the executable computer programs supplied by Tree DSP, any related printed or electronic documentation, and any other files that may accompany the product.
  4. Licensee: the individual or entity that has purchased this software.

License Grant

  1. Tree DSP grants the Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and limited license to install and use the Software on up to 3 devices owned by the Licensee, unless otherwise granted by Tree DSP.
  2. The Licensee may not share, copy, distribute, or transmit any part of the Software to any device not owned by the Licensee, unless expressly permitted by Tree DSP.
  3. The Licensee may not modify, adapt, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works based on the Software.
  4. The Licensee may not rent, lease, sublicense, or transfer the Software to any third party, unless expressly permitted by Tree DSP.

Termination

  1. Tree DSP reserves the right to terminate this license if the Licensee fails to comply with any of the terms and conditions set forth in this EULA.
  2. Upon termination, the Licensee must immediately cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies of the Software in their possession.

Disclaimer of Warranty

  1. The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including, but not limited to, the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
  2. Tree DSP does not warrant that the Software will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that any defects in the Software will be corrected.
  3. The Licensee assumes all risks associated with the use of the Software.
  4. In no event shall Tree DSP be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages (including, but not limited to, procurement of substitute goods or services, loss of use, data, or profits, or business interruption) arising in any way out of the use or inability to use the Software, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
